About Denali Health Plant City

Denali Health Plant City is seeking to improve the standard of care for wound care. We know that 20% of Diabetic Ulcers currently end in amputation. We look to a future of a decrease in amputation. Here at Denali Health Plant City we are offering access to free weekly wound care appointments and advanced skin graft treatmentst to improve wound care outcomes.

Program Purpose

We are working to improve the quality and standard of care for wound care by evaluating advanced skin graft treatments to better treat your wounds.

Duration

Participation involves weekly clinic visits for a total duration of 12 weeks. Our team will provide a detailed schedule during your consultation.
